About me
Over my career I have worked in a number of community mental health services in Sussex and Surrey NHS services as well as running my own private practice.
Within these services I have treated people with a range of difficulties including Depression, Anxiety, trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), dissociation, Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, phobias, eating disorders and a variety of other difficulties. I also treat survivors of sexual abuse.
I now work exclusively in my own practice and have a special interest in treating clients with:
Trauma
PTSD
Depression
Post-natal depression
Birth trauma
Stress
Insomnia
I am an experienced supervisor of both psychologists and other professionals. I can offer clinical supervision, consultancy and training to individuals, groups and organisations. I also offer online supervision sessions.
I can offer bespoke packages for teams and organisations including trauma awareness training, mental health awareness training and stress management.

Qualifications
I hold a degree from Oxford University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Surrey.
I received extensive CBT training as part of my doctorate along with neuropsychological skills, psychodynamic skills and systemic therapy.
I qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2004. Since then I’ve gained further qualifications in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and am now an accredited supervisor / consultant with EMDR UK and Ireland.
I also have qualifications in Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), CBT-i treatment for insomnia, and postgraduate certification in providing supervision to other professionals.
Registration
I am an associate fellow and chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I am also an accredited supervisor / consultant with EMDR Association UK & Ireland and EMDR Europe.
