Sometimes everyone needs a space to reflect and problem-solve. Whether it’s to help you adjust to life’s stresses, overcome trauma or distressing experiences, or try to reflect upon and change life-long patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour, there are many ways therapy can help.
As a clinical psychologist I am experienced in a number of different therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Drawing on these and the current best practice guidance I can tailor the therapy to suit you and your needs.
Online sessions can be a great way to access therapy if you cannot physically attend my clinic. I use a secure platform and in many ways this is the same as face-to-face therapy but simply supported by technology rather than sitting in the same room.
I offer clinical supervision and teaching to professionals face-to-face in Reigate, Redhill, Horley and surrounding areas, and online. I am an EMDR UK & Ireland accredited consultant / supervisor so can offer supervision for those working towards accreditation or consultant status.
